At Shift Happens Co., every item is made with care and printed especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently from traditional retail stores.

Returns

We only offer returns or replacements if an item is:

• damaged• faulty• incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the problem so we can help resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

Because our items are printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error, we will happily offer:

• a replacement item, or• a full refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue has been reviewed.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
